Kiko Milano High Pigment Wet & Dry Eyeshadow - Long Lasting for Day & Night Makeup

I ordered this eyeshadow twice. The first time, the eyeshadow was broken and the powder flew everywhere. The package was damaged, so I just thought it had a rough journey on its way. The second time, however, the eyeshadow was broken again with an undamaged package. Maybe it's something about the powder pressing process. Anyway, I tried to apply some powder on my arm and it's not very pigmented. The color is pretty though.
